Many employers use First Health Care for their worker’s compensation injuries, work health screening, pre-employment and DOT physicals and health education, MRO services, drug screens ( instant, regulated and nonregulated) and breath alcohol testing. We are very familiar with Chain of Custody and post-accident as well as pre-employment screening. Our Clinic is open seven days a week, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM until 8 PM, and 9 AM until 3 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. Blood Tests included:
- CBC (Complete Blood Count)
- Complete blood cell count will indicate signs of anemia, infection.
- Lipid Panel
o Includes Total Cholesterol, Triglycerides, HDL (high density or “good”) and LDL (low density or “bad” and a ratio). Elevated levels may require a change in diet or possibly treatment with oral medications to control the cholesterol levels, which predisposes a person to coronary artery disease and heart attacks.
- Complete Metabolic Panel
- A range of tests that show renal (kidney) and liver function.
- TSH (Thyroid level for Females) OR PSA (Prostate test for Males over age of 40)
